Vote for your favourite Young Chef

The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy 2021 Grand Finale is almost here. From 28th to 30th October, Milan will be the gastronomic home of the most talented young chefs in the world.

For this 4th edition, S.Pellegrino will award an array of talented young chefs with a number of new regional and global awards. These awards will celebrate the diverse talent of young chefs around the world who deserve to be recognized and nurtured.

One of the prizes is the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award, nominated by Fine Dining Lovers' readers and presented to the young chef regional finalist who best represented their personal belief within their signature dish. 

The voting online session is now open: choose your winner and vote online for your favourite finalist of the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award.

Head over to FineDiningLovers.com from 9:00am GMT on 1 September to 9:00am GMT on 24 October 2021 to vote online and learn everything about the 12 finalists. The winner will be presented during the Grand Finale in Milan.
