Chef's Cup Südtirol is going to start in Italy

S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna will meet the ever increasing number of enthusiasts of both skiing and fine cuisine at the end of January, to take a break in Alta Badia, a ski area in Northern Italy renowned for its warm hospitality and top quality culinary offering.

This celebration of taste and entertainment will take place from 18to 23January 2015, marking the tenth edition of the Chef's Cup Südtirol. This popular initiative brings together some of the most respected Italian and international chefs,who have a shared culture of high quality and the common aim of serving up tasty, contemporary dishes whilst keenly preserving traditional artisan principles and the careful selection of raw ingredients.

Among the most important events to look out for, as always, is the Acqua Panna/S.Pellegrino Chefs’ Ski Cup, which is scheduled for Monday 19 January. This unmissable ski race will see sports personalities and top chefs competing on the famous World Cup ski slopes of Gran Risa. In addition to that, the enjoinment of food and drink tasting will be one of the most important activities during the week-end together with seminars and other initiatives for the public. Proceedings will culminate with the grand finale on 23 January, a closing dinner entitled “S.Pellegrino welcomes the world to Italy“, which promises an original menu collaboratively designed by great Italian and international chefs. From Italy to Sweden, from Russia to Costa Rica, the six leading protagonists of the closing event are as follows:
