The tension is palpable as the curtain prepares to be raised on this year’s much anticipated edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018. The local competitions are complete, and less than a month remains before the winner is crowned at the Grand Finale in Milan, Italy. 

This year, we are asking all food lovers, friends and chefs to show their support for their favorite chef by voting for them online.

21 finalists remain from 21 regions around the globe, each with their carefully perfected signature dish. Who do you think is the best? Whose dish is the most spectacular? Which signature dish would you most like to taste?

Pick your winner and vote online for your favorite S.Pellegrino Young Chef finalist to win the Fine Dining Lovers People’s Choice Award! This is the award that shows the young chef competitors that they have the full support of their fans around the world.

Online voting opens April 16^th and closes on May 13th at 3:00pm CEST. You only have one vote, so make it count! 

The Fine Dining Lovers People's Choice Award will be presented during the Grand Finale in Milan on May 13th, which will be live-streamed on SanPellegrino.com.
