On January 24 and 25, 2017, 24 chefs from around the globe will compete in the final chapter of the Bocuse d'Or finale 2017 with S.Pellegrino® as a proud partner. For two days, the most promising chefs in the world will give their best in the hope of winning the greatest trophy in gastronomy. A title all the more coveted this year as the world contest celebrates its' 30th anniversary.
This year’s final will see competitors, including Mathew Peters from Per Se restaurant in New York, USA, prepare a dish composed exclusively of fruit, vegetables, cereals, seeds or legumes in addition to a themed dish, chicken with crayfish, in tribute to the first ever Bocuse d'Or.
The competition will take place as part of Sirha, the cutting-edge international hotel and catering industry trade fair that runs from January 21 to 25 in Lyon, France. For five days Eurexpo in Lyon will become the gastronomic hub of the world, attracting 180,000 visitors, 20,000 chefs and 3,000 exhibitors from 135 countries.
S.Pellegrino® is the official water of the 2017 edition of Bocuse d'Or and will be welcoming visitors to Sirah with its dedicated S.Pellegrino® stand.
