Called the Rising Stars Game Changer Award, it specifically celebrates a chef whose leadership is boldly advancing the restaurant industry - whether it's through boundary-pushing cuisine, an innovative dining format, or a revolutionary business idea.

We believe food has the power to change culture, and we are dedicated to being a source of progress within America’s vibrant culinary community. The S.Pellegrino Game Changer award is a clear way of highlighting the positive social influence chefs are having within their local communities.
