Three months to go, the Year of Italian Culture in the U.S.A 2013 is coming to an end. Amongst its highlights, a gala dinner took place on September the 30th at the Reggia di Colorno, residence of the ALMA culinary school.
For the occasion seven young American chefs, who received a scholarship through the project Come to Italy with US, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna and other sponsors, cooked a very Italian Dinner. The menu created was based on iconic typical Italian ingredients: eggplant, pumpkin, zucchini blossoms, meat, milk, grapes and, naturally, tomato.
