S.Pellegrino was once again partner of the Cannes Film Festival, enjoying its 74th edition this year. And the 2021 event had a special sparkle as it marked a return to near-normality after the constraints of the previous 18 months.

To celebrate, S.Pellegrino hosted a spectacular two-day event on the French Riviera from Friday 16 to Saturday 17 July, culminating in an unforgettable gala dinner at the Palme D'Or Restaurant at the Martinez Hotel in Cannes.

Among the VIP guests were a selection of tastemakers from around Europe, including Leonie Hanne (@leoniehanne) from Germany, France's Tamara Kalinic (@tamara) and Hugo Philip (@hugophilip), and Italian influencers Giulia Valentina (@giuliavalentina), Giulia Gaudino (@giuliagaudino) and Cristina Musacchio (@cristinamusacchio)

The two real stars at this year's dinner, however, were the special edition S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna bottles of the Dual Immersive Collection. The elegantly sculpted design of each special edition bottle invited diners to savour an immersive augmented reality experience, activated by a QR code on the label, bringing S.Pellegrino's unique sparkle and Acqua Panna's unmistakable taste to life like never before.

Guests were encouraged to #makeitunforgettable by creating and sharing Instagram Stories of the experiences activated by the two bottles and illuminated by the immersive projections emanating from each table.

Naturally, the Dual Immersive Collection was accompanied by a mouthwatering menu of refined dishes inspired by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, offering guests a journey around the tasteful moments for which these fine dining waters are renowned.
