This mouthwatering collection of recipes is the work of the regional finalists competing for the title of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2021, as well as the regional winners of the other prizes on offer: S.Pellegrino Award for Social Responsibility, Acqua Panna Award for Connection in Gastronomy and The Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award.
