The 4th annual Identità Golose culinary congress sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, took place at Eataly New York on Fifth Avenue from October 4th to 6th. During the weekend six of Italy's most talented chefs met some of the biggest names of fine dining of the Big Apple.
The participating chefs hosted six cooking seminars and two special dinners dedicated to six ingredients very common in Italian cuisine but that are used universally: eggs, tomato, cheese, pasta, salted cod and rice.
The chefs involved were Mario Batali, Cesare Battisti, Massimo Bottura, Daniel Boulud, Moreno Cedroni, Carlo Cracco, Sara Jenkis, Matthew Lightner, Dave Pasternack, Beppe Rambaldi, Mario Uliassi, Viviana Varese.
