S.Pellegrino to #supportrestaurants in partnership with 50 Best Recovery program

Having sponsored The World's 50 Best Restaurants for many years, in this difficult moment S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are proud to be the main partners of the 50 Best for Recovery project, helping relaunch the restaurant sector and within the context of the wider S.Pellegrino #SupportRestaurants movement.

As an additional initiative, S.Pellegrino is also contributing to the 'Bid for Recovery' Auction offering some unique gourmet and lifestyle experiences.

S.Pellegrino is backing 50 Best Recovery with an important donation and participating in the auctions that are part of the fund-raising activities included in the program. The aim is to provide financial relief and create helpful resources for restaurants as they emerge from the pandemic.

Opening on 3 July, the 'Bid for Recovery' Auction will raise funds by giving food and travel enthusiasts the opportunity to bid for over 100 out-of-this-world lots, including the following unique three experiences offered by Sanpellegrino.

Want to Discover the World of Chef Massimo Bottura? You can bid for this unforgettable immersion in the gastronomic treasures and enchanting atmospheres of the chef's beloved hometown of Modena. Staying two nights at the delightful Casa Maria Luigia including a tour of its artworks with Lara Gilmore Bottura and dinner at Francescana at Maria Luigia, the winning bidder will also have the chance to dine at the Osteria Francescana, twice winner of The World's 50 Best Restaurants, and savour lunch at its vibrant younger sister Franceschetta 58.

Also up for auction is a unique VIP invitation for two to the 2021 Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition in Italy's dynamic fashion and design capital, Milan. Over two days of intense competition, the successful bidder will be able to rub shoulders with the world's top young chefs and their mentors – senior chefs of acclaim - while enjoying a series of exclusive taste experiences, including the glamorous Gala Dinner and Award Ceremony, as well as a visit to San Pellegrino Terme and its magnificent Art Nouveau casino.

Another highlight is the Acqua Panna Experience at Villa Panna, three amazing days immersed in the rolling hills and charmed lifestyle of Tuscany, featuring a private Tuscan barbecue hosted by a Michelin Chef, a private vineyard tour and extensive wine tasting, and an exclusive visit to the Acqua Panna source and natural reserve. This priceless Tuscan experience culminates in a stop in Florence for an aperitivo on a boat in the river Arno, with the famous Ponte Vecchio as a backdrop, followed by an incredible starred dinner at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura.
