New dates for S.Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Finale

After much reflection, S.Pellegrino has decided to move the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Grand Finale in Milan, previously scheduled for 7-8 May 2021, to 29-30 October 2021.

The Grand Finale is the highlight of the competition that brings together the top young talents and the world’s best chefs, together with media, influencers and partners from around the world, all in one place. Ensuring the safest possible conditions for all the participants in this important event is the top priority.

S.Pellegrino looks forward to seeing all the young chefs, mentors, jurors and supporters who were due to partecipate in May, and welcoming them to Milan in October for what promises to be the most exciting Grand Finale yet.

The postponement should leave enough time to ensure the acute phase of the Covid-19 pandemic will be over by the time the event takes place, allowing it not only to showcase the outstanding culinary talent of the finalists, but also to celebrate a real restart in the hospitality sector.

In the meantime, S.Pellegrino will maintain its commitment to stand side by side with chefs thanks to projects like #SupportRestaurants and the recently launched S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy.
