S.Pellegrino and Identità Golose 2017

S.Pellegrino is pleased to announce an exciting initiative at Identità Golose 2017 which takes place later this week in Milan, Italy.

S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna are official partners of the thirteenth edition of this world renowned International chef congress which runs from 4 to 6 March 2017. This year’s event is dedicated to “The Power of Freedom: The Journey” and will play host to top international chefs including Massimo Bottura, the Alajmo brothers, Enrico Crippa, Cristina Bowerman, Carlo Cracco, Umberto Bombana, Christian Puglisi and many more.

S.Pellegrino will be present at the congress with a very special Experience Box designed to allow visitors to enter the world of S.Pellegrino Young Chef, the most exciting search for young chefs in the world. Inside the box each visitor will be able to discover for themselves what goes into the creation of a dish with a truly extraordinary flavour.

Also present at the S.Pellegrino stand will be top chefs Cristina Bowerman (Glass Hostaria, Rome) and Loretta Fanella (Opéra, San Miniato) who are two of the members of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 Italian jury that will, in the next few months, be responsible for selecting the Italian finalist for the third edition of this competition. They will be joined by Paolo Griffa and Alessandro Rapisarda, respective Italian finalists of the 2015 and 2016 S.Pellegrino Young Chef editions.

On Sunday 5 March S.Pellegrino will also host a key workshop with Davide Oldani, Cristina Bowerman, Loretta Fanella, Caterina Ceraudo, Ciccio Sultano, Alessandro Rapisarda and Paolo Griffa to discuss how to cultivate and develop new Italian chef talent.
