S.Pellegrino Young Chef of the year

S.Pellegrino launches S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015, an extraordinary global talent search to find the best Young Chef in the world, who will be elected during Expo Milano 2015.

Young chefs, sous chefs or chefs de partie from all over the world that are 30-years-old or under, can submit their application along with their signature dish from the 1st November till the 31 of December 2014.

This marvellous international hunt will involve some of the best chefs in the world who will act as mentors and jury members. Also, the Young Chefs will also have the chance to have their signature dish reinterpreted by a young fashion designer handpicked by the worldwide famous fashion magazine Vogue Italia.

The event will culminate with a show in front of an international jury at Expo Milano 2015 to award the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 in June 2015, in Milan, Italy. In the same occasion, the Best Couple Chef/Designer 2015 will also be awarded.
