As a long-term partner of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and co-founder of the 50 Best for Recovery programme, S.Pellegrino is delighted to be a part of the Recovery Summit. Taking place over three days – 13, 14 and 15 October – this online summit will bring the global food community together to explore how the restaurant sector can thrive once again.
It all begins on Tuesday 13 October with Food Meets Hope. Created by S.Pellegrino, this event will comprise three distinct sessions investigating themes of Recovery, Inclusivity and Evolution respectively. Featuring such gastronomic luminaries as Dominique Crenn, Tim Raue, Richard Ekkebus and Daniela Soto-Innes, it will give participants the opportunity to hear from those in the throes of reshaping and rebuilding their businesses, and those seeking to use recent events to instigate positive cultural change, as well as a discussion on how the restaurant model can evolve effectively to reflect the new desires of diners.
On Tuesday 13 October, follow Food Meets Hope by S.Pellegrino via live stream on Fine Dining Lovers

Featuring Bjorn Frantzén of Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore, May Chow of Little Bao in Hong Kong and Bangkok, and Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park in NYC, the interviews will be centred around the theme of 'Visions of Recovery'.
