Identità Golose 2016: The Strength of Freedom

As in former years, S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna will once more be partnering the 2016 edition of Identità Golose, one of the most highly rated food events in Italy, and elsewhere. 

Identità Golose will be held in Milan from Sunday 6 to Monday 8 March and will offer a densely packed programme of events featuring some of the world’s most renowned celebrity chefs who will be there to recount their particular brand of expressive freedom and to share their personal experience: Massimo Bottura, Massimiliano Alajmo, Carlo Cracco and Matthew Kenney.

The theme of this year’s three-day gourmet event will be “The strength of Freedom”, chosen to underline the importance of curiosity and creative experimentation in the culinary art.
