Three awards have already been announced: Leonor Espinosa of Leo in Bogotá, Colombia is Latin America’s Best Female Chef 2017, while Guillermo González Beristáin of Pangea in Monterrey, Mexico will receive The Diners Club® Lifetime Achievement Award 2017 in recognition of his contribution to Mexican cuisine over his multi-faceted career.

Felipe Bronze of the Brazilian restaurant Oro has been picked as the winner of the One to Watch 2017.

All three recipients will receive their awards live on 24 October during the 5^th annual edition of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 ceremony.
