The list is almost complete and the fine dining world prepares for the announcement of the winners of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna. The full list will be revealed on 27 March at the Wynn Palace Cotai in Macao and live-streamed on Fine Dining Lovers at 2:45pm CEST (8:45pm local time).
This will be the first time for the awards ceremony to be held in Macao, reflecting the growing importance of Macao’s food culture and vibrant restaurant scene. Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants was previously held in Singapore for three years, and two years in Bangkok.
S.Pellegrino is proud to be a key sponsor of this important event, continuing its contribution to the growth of the fine dining industry in Asia. In 2017 the annual list saw 12 different countries represented, including 10 new entries in total, and Gaggan Anand, chef of Gaggan in Bangkok, broke a competition record as he was named The Best Restaurant in Asia for the third year in a row. Who will be the newcomers in the final list, and will Gaggan break another record?
