S.Pellegrino and World Chefs at Identità Golose 2018

S.Pellegrino is excited to announce its partnership with the 14th edition of Identità Golose 2018, taking place in Milan, from 3 to 5 March 2018.
S.Pellegrino is the official partner of the famous international chef congress which this year takes on the theme of ‘The Human Factor’, focusing on human relations, connecting the people behind the food, from those who supply the produce, to the diners who consume.
A number of top international chefs will be taking part, including Clare Smyth (of restaurant Core, London), the UK mentor of the 2015 edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef, where Mark Moriarty, from the UK-Ireland region took home the winning title that year. Smyth will be joined by others including Virgilio Martinez (of Central in Lima, Peru which he runs with his wife Pia León, World’s 50 Best and S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 Seven Sages juror), Oriol Castro (of Disfrutar restaurant, Barcelona, recipient of the Miele One to Watch Award at World's 50 Best 2017), Gaggan Anand (of Gaggan, Bangkok, Asia’s 50 Best 2017), Ana Roš (of Hiša Franko in Kobarid, Slovenia, S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 Seven Sages juror and World's Best Female Chef 2017).
Also present Will Guidara (restaurateur of Eleven Madison Park, New York City, winner of World’s 50 Best Restaurant 2017), Josep Roca (of El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain, no.3 World’s 50 Best 2017) and Massimo Bottura (of Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, no.1 World’s 50 Best 2016), who delve into the topic of the art of hospitality, amongst others.
S.Pellegrino will be at the congress as the official water and to present ‘The Experience Table’, a true sensorial experience whereby visitors are invited to discover a unique insight into the world of S.Pellegrino Young Chef, along with the Italian finalist Edoardo Fumagalli and his mentor Anthony Genovese.
