Le restaurant Osteria Francescana (Modena, Italie) s’est hissé à la première place du classement The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018, sponsorisé par S.Pellegrino et Acqua Panna.

L’annonce des noms rejoignant le prestigieux classement, qui consacre la crème de la gastronomie mondiale, a eu lieu le 19 juin à Bilbao, en Espagne.

La deuxième place a été attribuée au restaurant El Celler De Can Roca (Girona, Espagne), suivi du Mirazur (Menton, France), qui s’est classé troisième.
