The Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition in Milan has been rescheduled for 29-30 October 2021.

S.Pellegrino is proud to launch the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, nurturing the next generation of visionary chefs.

S.Pellegrino engages 48 S.Pellegrino Young Chef finalists in a recipe collection, as part of its commitment to support the young talents of the culinary scene.

The line-up of seven international chefs, known as the Seven Sages, will crown the best young chef in the world.

With the regional finals concluded and the Grand Finale fast approaching, here’s an update on the current competition.

The competition kicks off with an immersive dinner experience in Bucharest thanks to 3 young chef finalists.

Chef Lorenzo Cogo hosted Yasuhiro Fujio for a 4-hands dinner in Vicenza, sponsored by S.Pellegrino.
