The tension is palpable as the curtain prepares to be raised on this year’s exciting energy charged edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018.

The local heats are complete and the countdown is now on to the Grand Finale in Milan. Less than a month remains before the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 is crowned by the international chef jury, known as the Seven Sages.

This year, we are asking all food lovers, friends and chefs to show their support for their favourite chef by voting for them online.

21 finalists remain from 21 regions around the globe remain in the competition, each with their carefully perfected signature dish. Who do you think is the best? Whose dish is the most spectacular? Which signature dish would you most like to taste?

Online voting opens 16 April and closes on 13 May at 3:00pm CEST. You only have one vote, so make it count! 

The Fine Dining Lovers People's Choice Award will be presented during the Grand Finale in Milan in May, which will be live-streamed on S.Pellegrino.
