The Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition in Milan has been rescheduled and will now take place from the 29th-30th October 2021.

S.Pellegrino is proud to launch the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy, nurturing the next generation of visionary chefs.

S.Pellegrino invites 48 S.Pellegrino Young Chef finalists to create a recipe collection, as part of its commitment to support the young talents of the culinary scene.

The line-up of seven international chefs, known as the Seven Sages, will crown the best young chef in the world.

Here are all the winners of the UK & North Europe Region of the 4th edition of S.Pellegrino Young Chef.

The Regional Final will be held in London, where 15 young talents will cook in front of a local jury. Find out more.
